WHERE YOU'LL STAY

THE SHARED SUITE - 6 ROOMS, 12 PLACES AVAILABLE

You will share a room with one other lady. You will have your own single bed and a shared bathroom and balcony between the two of you. This is a great way to make new connections or the perfect opportunity if you're coming with a friend.

THE PRIVATE SUITE - 3 ROOMS, 3 PLACES AVAILABLE

You will have a private bungalow with a queen bed, private bathroom and outdoor shower to yourself. This is a great option if you need time to yourself to relax and rejuvenate.

Wellness Workshops

Time to learn how to listen, heal and re-balance your body. From hormones, to perimenopause, from weight to wellness, from stress to zen - learn how to counteract the effects of our modern life and rewind the clock 10 years to restore youthfulness and vitality.

All sessions will be tailored to the needs of the ladies attending. This is a general guideline.

All meals included

Incredible fresh meals, healthy and nutritious to support your body. Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Dinner is included as well as one non-alcoholic drink at each meal.

Alcohol is not included but can be purchased separately.

Transport from a central location to and from the Retreat Centre on Day 1 and Day 6

It is a two hour drive from Seminyak/Legian area to the accommodation. To ensure your comfort we have arranged for a private driver to pick you up from a central meeting point and drive you in air conditioned comfort to the resort.

Optional Morning Yoga

The resort offers public yoga sessions each morning in the outdoor bamboo yoga shala. You are welcome to join if you choose or enjoy a relaxing sleep in and leisurely breakfast.

Welcome Sister Circle and intention setting/visualisation

On our first night, we will gather in circle and set our intentions for the retreat. This is a beautiful way to get to know each other and also reconnect with our spiritual side.

What is not included in the cost of the retreat?

Are there payment plans available?

Yes. You can pay a deposit of $500. The balance can be divided by the number of months left. The total amount must be fully paid 30th July 2025.

My friend and I are coming. Can we room together?

Yes of course. Just let us know when you make your booking. and we will organise for you to share a room.

How many spots are available?

There are limited places available as this is a small intimate retreat group. We have capacity for 12 ladies.

I have special dietary requirements. Can you cater to that?

Yes we can. Upon booking, please let me know your dietary requirements and our chefs will look after you.

Which airport do we fly into?

The main international airport in Bali is Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Bali is a small island but there can be a lot of traffic.

It takes 2 hours 30 minutes to drive to the retreat accommodations. We will have a driver meet you at the airport and bring you to the accommodation.

In your welcome email and group retreat preparation call this will be explained in more detail.

Do I need a visa or vaccine to enter Bali?

VISA: Before you go through customs, you will need to purchase a visitor visa which can be purchased on arrival at the Ngurah Rai International Airport. ($50 aud) They take debit/credit card or you can pay in Indonesian Rupiah 500,000k.

VACCINE: You no longer need to show proof of vaccination to enter Bali.

What is your refund policy?

Full refund policy can be found in the Retreat Terms and Conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • In the even of cancellation by The Guest, regardless of the reason, the deposit of $500 (twin share) or $500 (private room) is non refundable and non transferrable.
  • If the cancellation occurs more than 60 days before the commencement of the retreat and The Guest's place can be filled, a refund of 50% of the retreat cost will be considered at the discretion of the Company.

The Company does not offer credit or refunds for Guests arriving late or leaving the Retreat early, including due to unforeseen issues such as third party delays, problems, construction etc. In such cases, the Company will ensure the standards are maintained in all partnering villas/resorts.

The Company reserves the right to change or amend this cancellation policy at any time. The most current policy shall always be applicable.

Is this retreat just for women?

Yes. This retreat is designed to address the specific needs of women. Her Soul Temple specialises in treatments for women.

Can I come on a different date?

The Women's Wellness Retreat is not a hotel service that you can book at any date that suits you. It is a boutique, luxury experience which is meticulously planned for participants. There may be other retreats in the future, however nothing is planned at this stage.

If you cannot attend for these dates, please do not book. It would be best to wait for a retreat which you can definitely attend.
